Required Student Vaccination Information
Per the Pfizer vaccine receiving Food and Drug Administration approval, all SUNY students with an on-campus presence are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Please see below for information regarding this mandate:
- All unvaccinated students are required to be FULLY vaccinated by 9/27/21. Anyone that is not fully vaccinated by 9/27/21 will be deregistered from all classes with an on-campus presence and will be responsible for the charges for those classes.
- Submit proof of vaccination on the SUNY Vaccination Verification site. Anyone vaccinated outside of New York State will need to upload a copy of their vaccination card. All students are required to complete this process.
To review the complete SUNY Policy please visit the SUNY COVID Information site.
Per Broome County and CDC guidance, and in an effort to keep our campus community safe, SUNY Broome will require masks in indoor settings regardless of vaccination status effective Monday, August 9, 2021. This requirement will be in effect until further notice. Masks are not required in personal areas such as an office when social distancing is possible.
