Students should log into their MyCollege Account and click on “Degree Works” to view an assigned audit which pertains to their major.
Degree Works Audit
The Degree Works audit may be accessed from a mobile device for easy access so students can view their academic records. Above is a sample image of what an audit will look alike. Degree requirements will look differ from one major to another.
Degree Information
In the Degree area, view the total credit hours towards the degree, catalog year and current Grade Point Average (GPA). A student can also view their listed major and SUNY General Educational Requirements if required by the major/program.
Program Information
The Program area will demonstrate the total number of credits required by your program, total number of credits currently applied toward your major, catalog year, cumulative GPA and program GPA for your listed courses.
The bottom section in the blue bracket outlines the required courses for the major. If a student has already taken a course, it will appear with the earned grade, credit hours and semester the class was taken.

SUNY GenEd Courses
This SUNY GenEd block identifies which general education courses are transferrable to another SUNY college or university. This area outlines completed/pending courses in a specific category for credit transfer purposes. For addition information on transferable classes, please contact your advisor.
Courses Not Completed
The above sample outlines the courses a student has not successfully completed, withdrawn from, earned an unsatisfactory grade and courses that do not count towards the degree/program. Students concerned about a course(s) listed in this area should consult with their advisor.
