Organizational Behavior Microcredential
The Organizational Behavior microcredential empowers learners with essential skills in fostering inclusive workplaces and optimizing organizational performance. Students will gain a deep understanding of the 5C Elements (Communication, Choice, Commitment, Coping, and Caring) for personal and organizational growth. Additionally, they will explore diversity, equity, and inclusion concepts and understand their significance in driving organizational success. This microcredential equips individuals with the knowledge and tools to cultivate inclusive cultures and lead organizations to achieve their fullest potential. This can be used toward earning an AS degree or higher through transfer agreements with several SUNY schools.
