Self-Management Microcredential
This microcredential is designed for those seeking to enhance their academic, professional and personal effectiveness. It is a review of the five behavioral elements that everyone must independently manage within themselves: Communication, which conveys appropriateness; Choice, which conveys judgment; Commitment, which conveys duty; Coping, which conveys fortitude; and Caring, which conveys concern for others. Learners will gain an understanding of these 5C Elements and why they are important.

- Discussion posts: Graded discussion for each module

- Completed employability profile to log 5C element behavioral observation scales
