The Jumpstart Scholarship program is a new opportunity for all first-time qualified students and will ensure a minimum of $500 in funding to help offset the cost of tuition and/or related college expenses!

To qualify for this opportunity, you would need to:
- Apply, register for classes, and successfully complete the semester in which you enrolled
- Be a new, matriculated, first-time student
- Complete the 2021-2022 FAFSA form (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
- Complete 2021-2022 NYS TAP Application, if a NYS resident
This funding is provided to students who do not otherwise qualify for need-based scholarships either via Pell, NYS TAP, Excelsior, and/or other need-based BCC Foundation Scholarships.
