What is an “adult learner”?

Adult learners are typically students over the age of 23

Am I eligible for Financial Aid?

Many students, adult learners included, are often surprised to learn they are eligible for financial aid. Contact the Financial Aid Department for more information.

Will classes fit my busy schedule?

Yes! Many SUNY Broome programs are available fully online. There are also courses available during the evening and even some on the weekends.

What if I haven’t taken classes in more than 15 years?

Many SUNY Broome adult learners are returning to the classroom for the first time since high school. There are many people and services here to help you succeed including a Writing Center, Math Lab, Tutoring Services, Veterans & Military Affairs, Day Care, and more!
