Diploma covers will be given to graduates at Commencement when the graduates cross the stage.
Diplomas will be mailed to graduates around the following times:
- Fall 2024 graduates – late February
- Spring 2025 graduates – late July
- Summer 2025 graduates – late September
If you do not plan to attend Commencement, you can pick up a diploma cover in the Registrar’s Office located in the Student Services Building room 105 during regular business hours, after you receive your diploma in the mail.
